From start to finish I had a great experience. Claudia answered the phone with such a positive attitude that it made me feel at ease during such a stressful situation. You can tell she genuinely is listening and cares about the people she speaks to. She explained next steps clearly and I didn't feel pressured to take immediate action. My evaluation was with David Fulleborn. Super intelligent, does his research and takes his time to explain your options in an easy to understand way. Although I did not pursue my case, he didn't rush me off the phone so he can process the next person. Instead, he spent some time relating to me and giving me advice. Overall I would highly recommend this law firm. I called a few others (the big name ones with commercials) before finding them and the difference is night and day.
