Neil Ognibene is an attorney licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and specializes in federal employment law. Neil works out of the firm's Tampa, Florida office.
Neil comes to the Hoyer Law Group by way of the Whistleblower Law Firm, where he also handled numerous federal employment cases from intake to resolution.
Neil is dedicated and hardworking and is a proven asset to the firm's growing team of attorneys. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the federal employment space stemming from his investigation firm that he started in 2009. Neil contracted with several federal agencies to investigate complaints of federal employment discrimination, generating invaluable experience and connections that he now leverages for his clients.
Aside from his legal expertise, Neil also has experience in medical sales where he quickly rose in the ranks to lead and manage a team of regional sales representatives throughout Florida, promoting clinical laboratory services to physicians and patients. His medical background helps support Hoyer Law Group's qui tam whistleblower practice, which often focuses on healthcare fraud.
Neil earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2004 and his Bachelor of Arts from the University at Buffalo, graduating with distinction in 2001.
In 2000, Neil received a national Chairman of the Year award for a philanthropic organization in association with Pi Kappa Phi by raising awareness and providing support to children with disabilities. To date, Neil continues to give back to his community by volunteering with the Knights of Columbus.
