If you are looking for an agency that is honest, knowledgable, kind, and timely you found it. Nothing relieves anxiety like specific timeline and consistent follow through. The attorney reviewed my documents and took the time to contact me after hours because he was concerned that a consultation at the time would not be beneficial. He told me when to come back if the problem was not resolved to protect my best interest and refunded my consultation fee. It’s a level of respect and care for a client who was not even a client yet.
