Mr. Ognibene’s lengthy experience in this field was evident as he asked me relevant questions to flush out facts and provided answers to my questions that were supported by the law and federal government rules and practice. Dave has an incredible ability to take an overwhelming situation and make it feel manageable. He is direct, exceptionally knowledgeable, and always seems to know exactly what needs to happen next. I have never had to wonder whether he was paying attention or whether something was falling through the cracks. He is on top of everything.

What stands out most is how seriously he takes his responsibility to his clients. When Dave tells you he is going to handle something, you can actually let go of it and know it will be handled. That is an incredibly rare quality and an even rarer feeling.
